Our take

Klaviyo launched Social Performance, a report that attributes revenue to what people do on social. Social Revenue counts sales from profiles that engaged with your brand on social or submitted an auto-reply. You set a lookback window for how long after a comment, DM or share a purchase still counts.

It also ranks your top posts, shows the creators who tag you most and tracks how many subscribers joined through social. It needs the paid Klaviyo Social Marketing plan, connected through Facebook Login, and it only counts customers where Klaviyo knows their social handle plus an email or phone number.

This is the missing link for comment-to-DM. We turn likes into emails, and until now it was hard to prove what those emails were worth. Now the comment, the DM, the email and the order sit in one place.

One warning: Klaviyo doesn't de-duplicate Social Revenue against its usual attributed revenue. Don't add the two together and call it growth.
