Our take

Klaviyo took Composer, its AI marketing agent, out of preview on 6 October and opened it to every Klaviyo account, on a free plan and a paid plan. Composer now shows where its answers come from, compares your results with benchmarks from more than 205,000 customers, and runs jobs on a schedule even when you're logged out.

The engine behind it is SQL in Klaviyo Data Platform, now live. You ask a question in plain English, Klaviyo writes the query, runs it on your data and shows you both the answer and the query it used. You can reach it inside Composer or from Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent through Klaviyo's MCP server (the connector that lets AI tools work inside Klaviyo).

We don't shy away from this. A weekly flow audit that a person did by hand now runs itself, and the questions you used to save up for an analyst get answered the same day. Pair it with a B.R.A.I.N.™ and the AI knows both your numbers and your brand.

Klaviyo's own community team calls SQL brand new and says to check its answers against a number you already trust. We'd do the same before acting on anything it tells you.
